Laboratory of Cognitive Neuroscience and Inclusive Psychology

Laboratory

The laboratory's research aims to better understand the role of attention, visual short-term memory, and emotions in information processing among neurotypical young adults.

Individual differences in cognitive processing based on political orientation, as well as the social factors and psychological mechanisms underlying discriminatory behaviors, are also studied.

In line with the lab’s inclusive and critical perspective, we also work to better understand the relationship between feminism and various forms of discrimination, such as sexism and fatphobia.

Research Interests

  • Cognitive neuroscience

  • Social and political neuroscience

  • Implicit biases and discriminatory behaviors

  • Critical and inclusive approaches
